The islands are British Overseas Territory and have an estimated population of between 20,000 and 25,000. Covering 193 square miles of the Atlantic Ocean, the Turks and Caicos Islands have the third largest coral reef system in the world and stunning tropical beaches, making it a premier beach, driving and snorkeling destination.

Dellis Cay covers 2.24 square miles and is 20 minutes from Providenciales, one of the largest islands in the group.

Ocean access is available from the north, west and south coastlines.

OPC has acquired nearly all of the private land on Dellis Cay and has negotiated a development agreement with the Turks & Caicos Government to develop a mixed-use project.
